An individualised care plan is developed during your first session, tailored to your clinical context, capacity, and long-term sustainability. This is then refined through structured follow-up.

Medicare Rebates
Available for eligible patients with a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP)
Up to 5 rebated allied health visits may be available per calendar year
Full payment is required at appointment, with rebate processed after payment
Private Health
Rebates may be available depending on your insurer and level of cover
We provide receipts for self-claiming after payment

Patients are responsible for confirming rebate eligibility and available sessions with Medicare or their insurer prior to booking.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
We appreciate that plans can change. Our policy is designed to be fair to both you and the clinic, while allowing reasonable flexibility.
More than 48 hours' notice
Full refund or free rescheduling. No cancellation fee.
24–48 hours' notice
Free rescheduling if an alternative time is available; otherwise, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show
Full session fee applies, as the appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you.
